We make all our boxes from scratch - from Baltic Birch plywood. The process begins by choosing top quality wood from our local professional wood source and cutting down to 12 inch by 15 inch pieces that will fit into our Universal Laser machine too. The Laser follows our design file and etches the words and graphics, and then follows by cutting our the pieces for the wine box.
All the corners are designed as "box joints" or finger joints. Then all surfaces are hand sanded, and we assemble the box by glueing and copper pinning all the corners. The sliding top fits into a groove that we router. And a one-of-a-kind gift box is made, for impressions and celebration moments that will be displayed for a long time.
